About Me
Hi Beauty Warrior! My name is Marsha Rios — a licensed esthetician, certified lash artist, and proud mother with a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of New Mexico, then trained in esthetics at Paul Mitchell The School in Albuquerque.

My psychology background helps me see beauty as more than skin-deep. I understand how self-care and confidence are deeply connected, and that belief shapes every experience I create in the treatment room.

Growing up on a Native American reservation instilled in me a deep respect for healing, transformation, and balance — values I carry into my work each day. As a proud member of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of New Mexico, I stay connected to my community and other Indigenous-owned businesses that inspire me.

My journey began as a stay-at-home mom who loved the confidence that came from lash extensions. That feeling inspired me to learn the craft, turning a small loft setup into a thriving business. Over time, my curiosity about skincare deepened, leading me to esthetics school, where I discovered my passion for corrective, results-driven treatments that make a visible difference.

Education remains a cornerstone of my practice. Skincare is always evolving, and I’m committed to continuous learning so I can offer my clients the most effective, evidence-based treatments available. I’m proud to partner with Circadia Skincare, a professional line that merges science and nature to support the skin’s natural circadian rhythms — helping me deliver treatments that correct, balance, and restore.

Beyond the studio, I’m a mom to my amazing son, Rome, who inspires me daily. Building my business while raising him has taught me resilience, creativity, and purpose — and I hope to show him what it means to follow your passion and create something meaningful.

My mission is to create results that go beyond the surface — helping each client feel radiant on the outside and unshakable within. Every service I offer is rooted in care, intention, and connection — the standard I hold in everything I do.
