Professional lash remover is carefully applied to break down the adhesive, allowing the extensions to be gently removed with minimal stress to your natural lashes. If you currently have cluster lashes, please book the Cluster Lash Removal service instead, as clusters require a different removal process. PERFECT FOR Clients who want their existing lash extensions professionally removed, are taking a break from extensions, are experiencing poor retention or unwanted grown-out extensions, or would like to start fresh with a new lash set. MAINTENANCE & REBOOKING If you plan to continue wearing lash extensions, a new full set may be booked following removal when the natural lashes and eye area are in suitable condition. If your natural lashes or eye area show signs of irritation or compromised lash health, you may be advised to take a break before receiving another set. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Please arrive without mascara or heavy eye makeup when possible. Do not pull, pick, cut, or attempt to remove your extensions at home, as this can damage your natural lashes. IMPORTANT Lash removal may not be suitable if you are experiencing an active eye infection, significant irritation or inflammation, or eye sensitivity, or if you have recently undergone certain eye procedures.
