Service Description

A Lip Wax gently removes unwanted hair from around the mouth using professional hard wax for a smooth, polished appearance. This service includes the sides, center, and corners of the upper lip, with the lower lip included when needed. PERFECT FOR Clients with unwanted hair around the upper or lower lip who want a smooth, clean appearance with longer-lasting results than shaving. MAINTENANCE & REBOOKING For consistent results, rebook approximately every 3–4 weeks, depending on your individual hair growth cycle. Avoid shaving or tweezing between waxing appointments to help maintain a more consistent growth cycle. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Hair must be long enough for the wax to properly grip. Avoid shaving, tweezing, or other methods of removing the hair from the root before your appointment. Avoid aggressive exfoliation, scrubs, or other potentially irritating skincare around the mouth immediately before waxing. IMPORTANT Facial waxing may not be appropriate if you are using retinoids, prescription acne treatments, or other medications or topical products that increase skin sensitivity. Waxing should not be performed over sunburned, irritated, inflamed, broken, or compromised skin. Recent chemical peels, laser treatments, resurfacing procedures, or other professional skin treatments may also require you to wait before waxing. Please disclose relevant medications, prescription skincare, sensitivities, and recent professional treatments before your service.
